Invitation by the Coordinator

Dear members and colleagues,

The Mentoring Program organized by AEA-EAL and EYBA is a unique initiative to bridge professional communication between generations of lawyers in Europe. As organizers we learn from this process and this year we aim to reduce the number of participants to enhance the efficiency of the program and make it more demanding by prospective applicants. The relation between mentor and mentee goes beyond professional communication, it also bears personal development and discovering the culture of each other. We hope that you will enjoy actively participating in the Mentoring Program.
